My approach to hypnotherapy is integrative, meaning I draw on techniques from various schools of psychotherapy, tailoring the treatment to suit each individual and the specific issues they present. A key element is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), which focuses on exploring the relationship between your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, and how these impact the challenges you are facing.
I also incorporate mindfulness practices, acceptance-based approaches, and relaxation techniques, all combined with hypnosis to enhance the therapeutic experience.
For clients whose first language is German, I am happy to conduct sessions in German. Speaking in your mother tongue can facilitate deeper access to levels of consciousness, instinct, and intuition.
